Web Printing allows students, faculty, and staff to print from a laptop or mobile device via a web browser without the need to install print drivers. This is the recommended method for printing via personal computers.

Web Printing allows students, faculty, and staff to print from a laptop or mobile device to a University owned copier/printer using any web browser without the need to install print drivers. Print jobs are held in the queue for 24 hours. To upload a document for printing, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to https://webprint.olivet.edu/ and log in with your ONU username and password. You will need to be connected to the ONU network to view this site.
  2. Select Submit a Job>>
  3. Select a print option.
  4. Select a printer based on how you want the document to print: Black & White or color; double or single-sided; etc.
  5. Click the printer again to confirm.
  6. Type in the number of copies that you would like to print and then select Upload Documents.
    • ​​​​​​​If applicable, choose to charge your personal or shared account.
  7. Select Upload Documents>>
  8. Either drag and drop the files that you would like to print or select Upload from computer to navigate to the files. Please note the list of supported file types.
  9. When you are finished uploading your files, click Upload and Complete.
  10. The main Web Print screen will appear with your current available jobs. Once you see "held in queue" you can release and pay for your job(s).
