Mobility Print on Microsoft Windows 11

Prerequisites

• Your device must be connected to ONU Network (or VPN if off-campus).
• You must know your ONU username and password.

Setup Instructions

1. Download the Mobility Print Client

• On your Windows 11 computer, open a browser and go to puma.olivet.edu:9163/
• Click the link to download the Windows Mobility Print installer (.exe).

2. Run the Installer

• Locate the downloaded file
• Double-click to start the installation.

• Follow the prompts in the setup wizard and accept the defaults.
• When prompted, select the FollowMe print queue.

• Click Next and start the install process.

Print a Document

• Open a file (Word, PDF, webpage, etc.) and press Ctrl + P or choose File > Print.
• Select the FollowMe (mobility) printer from the list.
• Adjust settings (color/B&W, duplex, copies) as needed and click Print.
