Use this service to request a new ID card.
There is a $20 fee for each replacement ID card. This fee will be charged to your student account, you do not need to bring money to the Help Desk or to Student Accounts. Once you've received a new ID card your previous card will be deactivated and cannot be reactivated in the future.
