This guide will help in content preparation for events at Olivet Nazarene University.
- In Hawkins Centennial Chapel & Chalfant, Media Services needs all content prior to the event.
- In Kresge, Weber Leadership Center, Wisner Auditorium, Warming House, all conference rooms, & most classrooms on campus, there is an HDMI input available.
An adaptor may be required to connect your devices to the HDMI and audio cables provided in these rooms. As adaptors are regularly changing, it is important that adapters are brought along with the device.
Sending content to Media Services prior to your event:
- As soon as the event is planned - complete a Media Services Event Request form
- 2 weeks prior to event - send Order of Service to Media Services
- 1 week prior to event - send Band Breakdown/Stage Plot and Needs to Media Services
- 1 week prior to event - all Content is given to Media Services (Videos, Titles, Slides, Scripture, Script/ Outline, Music, Etc.)
If a video is being played at an event, the video must be provided one week in advance. This will allow Media Services to test the video in the room and to give ample time to make any necessary edits.
