View/Add Proxy Access

Students have the option to add a parent as a proxy to their Self Service account. This allows a person you chose including parents or legal guardians to:

  • Make a payment
  • View grades
  • View other financial information

To do this:

  1. Go to selfservice.olivet.edu
  2. Login with your username (without @olivet.edu) and your password.
  3. Click on your username on the top right of the page.'
  4. Select View/Add Proxy Access

Here, you can chose a proxy from the drop down list and manage what permissions they get.
