International Login

If you plan to travel outside the United States and need to use university systems like Email, Canvas, or Microsoft 365, you must submit an international access ticket before you leave. Security rules block international logins by default to protect university data unless a specified exception is made.

Please submit your request at least 5 business days before your trip.

Information you will need to provide:

• List every country and specific city or region you will visit.

• Provide the exact start and end dates for each location.
