Steps to Replace Toner
- Check the Display Panel: The printer will notify you when toner is low or empty.
- Open the Front Cover: Gently open the front panel to access the toner cartridges.
- Identify the Cartridge: Look for the indicated color (K = Black, C = Cyan, M = Magenta, Y = Yellow).
- Remove the Old Cartridge: Pull the cartridge out and place in campus recycling.
- Prepare the New Cartridge: Shake gently side-to-side to distribute the toner.
- Install the Cartridge: Slide it into the correct slot until it clicks securely.
- Close the Cover and Wait: The printer will initialize and recognize the new cartridge.
