Installing PaperCut on a University-Owned Windows Device

All University-Owned Windows devices on campus should automatically have the PaperCut Print Deploy Client installed on the device, and running in the system tray in the lower left corner of the screen. If you do not see this application running within 5 minutes after login, please contact the IT Help Desk.

 

This application should automatically install the Follow_Me print queue. If this does not happen, you can right click on the Application and Select “Refresh my printers”. Any printers that are required for your position should begin installing.*

 

If you click on “View my printers”, this should give you the access needed to look at all of the printers you have access to for direct prints. This is reserved for student workers and department specialty configurations.*

*On teaching and lab stations, you may need to click on the "Add printers" tab on the left side of the Print Deploy printer. This will give you an optional FollowMe queue to install.
