Employee spouses are eligible to receive a physical Olivet ID card, which provides access to the dining hall, Tiger Dollars, door access, Birchard Gym, and the Perry Student Life and Recreation Center.
Step 1: Verify Relationship with HR
Before receiving an ID card, please visit the Human Resources Office in the Miller Business Center.
Bring your marriage license so HR can update your record to reflect your relationship to your Olivet-employed spouse.
Step 2: Get Your Physical ID
Once HR has updated your record, stop by the IT Help Desk in the lower level of Benner Library to have your spouse ID card printed.
Step 3: Optional Access and Benefits

Residence Director Spouses:
If you are the spouse of a Resident Director, a meal plan can be assigned through the Student Development Office located on the second floor of Ludwig Center.

Perry Center Access:
To receive access to the Perry Center, please complete the online access form below before access is granted:

For access to Birchard Gym, please complete a written agreement available in the Human Resources Office.

For any other door access, approval will be needed by the person responsible for that building before access is given.
