Managing Your Regroup Profile

Connecting to Your Regroup Profile

Regroup notifications are managed independently and require a login through the Regroup portal.
If you have an @olivet.edu email account, your profile already exists on the Regroup system, you will just need to reset your password to access.

Important Note: Some data in your profile is currently imported nightly from your student or employee record. If you would like to make major changes to your information, please visit the Emergency/Threat Notification Methods link under the Personal Information section of your my.olivet profile. 

  1. Use a web browser and navigate to: https://regroup.com/networks/olivet or https://regroup.com/login
  2. Click the "Forgot your password link"
     
  3. Enter your @olivet.edu email address and click "Reset Password"
  4. The screen will return to the login box and a message will display in the upper right showing a status
  5. Check your email for a message from Regroup.
    Make sure to check your Junk Mail if it doesn't immediately show in your Inbox
  6. Click Reset Password on the Regroup Email
  7. Enter a password that you would like to use for your account and click Save
  8. Once your new password is accepted, you will be able to see your profile.
