Olivet uses Mobile Credential, stored in your mobile device's wallet app. You can tap your mobile devices at readers across campus for convenient access.
Requirements
ID Photo
- Your ID photo must have already been submitted and approved before you can add your TigerCard to your device. (instructions to submit ID photo are found below)

- Apple ID: Must be signed into iCloud (same account on all devices)
- iPhone
- iPhone SE, iPhone 6/6 Plus or newer
- iOS 12 or later
- Apple Watch
- Series 1 or newer
- watchOS 5 or later
- Android Phones:
- Android 6.0 or later
- NFC-enabled
- supports Google Pay or Samsung Pay
- Android Watch
- Samsung Galaxy Watch6 or newer
Setup Instructions
How to Submit ID photo or Upload a New One

Download Transact eAccounts.

Open the app → “Get Started” → search for “Olivet Nazarene University.”

Log in with your ONUnet credentials.

Select the gear icon upper right-hand corner and then tap "Submit ID Photo" and follow the prompts;

Wait 2 to 3 business days for photo approval. You will receive an email when it is approved.
iPhone & Apple Watch

Download Transact eAccounts.

Open the app → “Get Started” → search for “Olivet Nazarene University.”

Log in with your ONUnet credentials. (Submit ID photo first if you have not already done so.)

Ensure your device is updated: “Settings” > “General” > “Software Update.”

Region must be set to United States: “Settings” > “General” > “Language & Region.”

In eAccounts, tap Add to Apple Wallet and follow prompts.

Repeat steps to add your Apple Watch.
It may take several hours before your card works at all readers.
Android Phones

Download Transact eAccounts.

Open the app → “Get Started” → search for “Olivet Nazarene University.”

Log in with your ONUnet credentials.

Enable NFC: “Settings” > “Connected Devices” > “Connection Settings,” or search “NFC”.

Open Google Pay or Samsung Pay and set as default (skip adding a credit card if prompted).

Ensure your device is updated: “Settings” > “System” > “System Update.”

In eAccounts, tap “Add to Google Pay” and follow prompts.
Allow several hours for changes to sync before using at readers.
Samsung Galaxy Watch

Open the Galaxy Wearable app.

Tap “Watch settings” > “Samsung Wallet.”

Tap “+” (Add) then choose “Student ID.”

Select your TigerCard to add it to your watch.
Physical TigerCards
Physical cards are only issued to those unable to use Mobile Credential. If you request one in addition to your mobile ID, a $20 fee will be charged to your student account.
