How to Save Printer Presets on Windows Computers

Printer presets allow you to quickly select your preferred print settings without having to configure them each time. This guide walks you through saving a preset on a Windows Computer. The instructions for macOS will be coming soon.

1. Open Printer Settings

• Press Windows + S on your keyboard and type Printers & scanners.

• Select the Printers & scanners settings from the search results.

2. Select the Printer

• In the list of printers, click Follow_Me on PUMA.

3. Open Printer Preferences

• Click Printer preferences to open the Konica Minolta printing options.

4. Adjust Your Desired Settings

• In the FollowMe on PUMA Printing Preferences window, set your preferred options such as:

  • Color or Black & White

  • Single-sided or 2-sided printing

  • Paper size and orientation

  • Stapling, hole punch, etc.

5. Save the Preset

Once your settings are configured:

1. At the top of the window, find the Favorite Setting drop-down menu.

2. Click Add.

3. In the pop-up window, type a name for your preset (e.g., “B&W Duplex”).

4. Click OK to save it.

6. Use Your Preset

• Next time you print, open Printer preferences, select your saved preset from the Favorite Setting list, and click OK.
