Nursing ID Request

Nursing Students are entitled to a badge for clinicals. The first two are currebntly being provided by the department. Any additional badges can be requested at the Help Desk for a $20 charge.

Physical ID Card Replacement

Physical IDs are only expected to be used when a mobile ID cannot be added to your mobile device.
