Mitel Connect Install Guide

Your Windows or MacOS workstation, must be on ONU's network.

1. While connected to the ONU network, visit eureka.olivet.edu/shorewareresources/clientinstall/default.htm

2. Select the appropriate link for PC or Mac to start download

3. Download and run the Mitel Connect installer.

4. Once the installer is finished, restart your computer.

5. After restarting, double click the Mitel Connect shortcut on your desktop.

6. You will be prompted to enter your ONU credentials.

   Windows Users: Click on “Show Advanced” Check the box that says “Use windows credentials” to auto-populate your username, password, and domain. Enter server: eureka.olivet.edu. You can also check the “remember me” option if desired.

   Mac Users: Enter your username, password Enter server: eureka.olivet.edu. You can also check the “remember me” option if desired.

7. Click log in.
