Unable to Sign into Mitel App

If you receive the error above on Mitel, use the following steps:

  1. Type your username and then use the TAB key to get to the password line.
  2. Type your password.
  3. Tab through the prompt twice and then click Enter.
  4. Once logged in, go to Mitel settings > Account > Exchange Account.
  5. Unlink Mitel Connect from Exchange and then re-link it.
