A shared mailbox allows a group of people at Olivet to monitor and send email from a common departmental address (e.g., department@olivet.edu). It can also serve as a shared team calendar.

All actively enrolled students and employees have access to an Olivet Email Address.

Microsoft Teams is an online collaboration tool that gives users instant messaging, video calling, secure document storage, and even the ability to host virtual meetings.
