After changing my password, what should I do next?

  • If your account was subject to a password reset due to a breach or leak, you will want to change your password on any other site that contains that same password. Compromised Account
  • Reconnect your devices (phone, laptop, tablet, etc) to ONU WiFi using your new password. You may have to “forget this network” in order to reconnect using a new password. ONU Wireless

  • Sign back into all of your applications, including email, Mitel Connect, Transact eAccounts, Office products, Canvas, etc.
