Nursing ID Request

Nursing Students are entitled to the first ID for no charge, which is typically requested by the department. The second ID is charged $5 to the department or $20 charged to the student.

Physical ID Card Replacement

Physical IDs are only expected to be used when a mobile ID cannot be added to your mobile device.
